Gowin Scaler Lite

Introduction

Gowin scaler Lite IP is a simplified version of video scaling IP. It only uses bilinear scaling algorithm. The scaling ratio is only 2:1, 3:2, 4:3 and 1:2, 2:3, 3:4. It does not use multiplier and uses shift operation instead of multiplication. In addition, it only keeps one line cache in BSRAM resource.
